About this site
This website presents the Customer Clarity Blueprint by Dr. Michael Adeyoju, PhD, and the ways it can be bought. The site itself does not process payments.
Where purchases happen
The digital Blueprint and the Blueprint + Implementation Support option are purchased through StudyPlace. The printed softcover edition is purchased through Blurb, which prints and ships it. Each of those companies applies its own terms, and any taxes or shipping costs are shown there before you complete your purchase.
What each option includes
Each option lists what it includes on the main page, and that list is what you receive. The printed softcover edition is a physical book and does not include the digital PDF. Implementation support runs for four weeks of Friday sessions and begins with the first Friday session after purchase.
Your own results
The Blueprint is educational material. Applying it is your own decision, and outcomes depend on your business and how you use it.
The material itself
The Blueprint, the 30-Day Customer Clarity Action Plan, and the session recordings are for your own use. Please do not copy, resell, or share them.
Refunds and cancellations
Digital Blueprint ($27)
The Customer Clarity Blueprint is delivered immediately as a digital product. Purchases are final once access to the digital content has been provided. No refunds are given for change of mind, failure to use the Blueprint, or dissatisfaction based on individual business results. If you experience a duplicate charge, non-delivery of the purchased product, or a material technical delivery problem that cannot be resolved, please contact customerclarityblueprint@gmail.com.
Blueprint + Implementation Support ($197)
This purchase includes immediate access to the Customer Clarity Blueprint and four weeks of implementation support beginning with the first Friday session after purchase. Because digital materials are delivered immediately and implementation capacity is reserved, purchases are final once access has been provided. No refunds are given because a participant changes their mind, does not attend a scheduled session, does not complete the implementation process, or does not achieve a particular business result. If Dr. Michael or the business is unable to provide a material part of the promised implementation support, the business will work with the customer on an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement support, rescheduling, or a refund for the portion that could not be provided.
Printed Blueprint ($47)
Printed Blueprint purchases are completed and fulfilled by Blurb, and are subject to Blurb’s then-current cancellation, replacement, and return policies.
This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law.
